I started listening to this podcast seconds after I binged Overcompensating in A DAY. I’ve been following Benny for years on insta and I can’t believe I didn’t know he had a podcast. I fell in love with Mary Beth after watching her performance in Overcompensating and I adored their on screen dynamic as siblings, so finding this podcast was such a treat because I wanted more from them! Absolutely love their dialogue and how authentic they are — you can tell they have so much love and care between them and it shines in each episode and throughout their banter. They are so fun and I found this podcast at a time in my life that is extra tender and heavy, and it has made my days softer to listen to them and feel like I’m hanging out with these besties. OKAY SORRY FOR THIS LONG REVIEW. FREAKIN LOVE YA KID(S).

I found this pod from watching Overcompensating which I’ve watched 4x over already and recommended to anyone with ears. When I heard lucky in first ep I said to myself this show was going to be unlike any other. But when I heard pop the glock that’s when I knew the person who created this is the voice of our generation. Obsessed with Mary Beth being a Gemini like me and Benny being a Scorpio aka my rising sign. Anyways loving this pod xx

Well the thing is you can be oppressed listening to this podcast as a straight woman. When the podcast opens i always say “im benito skinner… and im mary beth barone and this is ride ride ride ride.” So fun. When they start to talk about the ride i ALWAYS say “where are we going? Who cares? Ride” but when mary beth asks benny what he is …….. he almost got me. I almost said the f slur and unfortunately I haven’t been the same since. I’ll ride for the podcast when the slur bait stops. They tried to cancel ME
