Kelly Corrigan Wonders

Welcome to Kelly Corrigan Wonders, a place for people who like to laugh while they think and find it useful to look closely at ourselves and our weird ways in the hopes that knowing more and feeling more will help us do more and be better. Author of 4 New York Times bestsellers about family life, Kelly wonders about loads of stuff: is knowing more always good? Can we trust our gut? How does change actually happen? We only book nice people who have a sense of humor and know things worth knowing. Each episode ends with Kelly’s shortlist of takeaways, appropriate for refrigerator doors, bulletin boards and notes to your children.

Talk with Bryan Stevenson
21 mai
I first heard Bryan at the Writers Conference in Sun Valley, Idaho. We were all hooked and he had us all in the palm of his hands. I since have contributed to the EJI on an yearly basis and follow his path whenever I can. So when I saw that you were interviewing him I leaned back with my iPad on my lap. I think your engagement with Bryan was insightful and real. I felt as though I was in the same room. Your conversation was seamless and you covered so many important points with so much depth. Gracias to you both👍🏼👍🏼

With so many podcasts to choose from you will never be disappointed listening in on the scintillating, real, and thought-provoking conversations that Kelly Corrigan shares with her guests. I feel like a fly on the wall in her living room. Thanks for inviting me in! Great stuff for the soul, heart and mind. Kelly’s podcast always leaves me wanting more and also a little more willing to change my perspective. Bravo. Your recent shows on hard conversations came at the right time for me. Are you a mind reader? I wanted you to know that I listened to each of these segments of hard conversations WITH my 85-and 86- year-old parents during a long car ride this weekend. (I’m currently trying to get my dad to use a walker/cane/walking sticks with some resistance! He’s slowing down physically. My mom is not.) Anyway, the topic of each segment was potent, timely and yes, difficult, but the words and conversation topics were also helpful for us to hear together. Thanks for sharing these ideas of how to approach and deal with these sensitive years and plans for the end of life. It’s a hard line to balance — not wanting to obsess over it and yet wanting to have secure plans in place for when those days come.

Every topic and guest and focus seems to almost be perfectly curated just for me. I finish listening and consistently say out loud to myself I needed to hear that. Thank you, Kelly and team for all that you do and explore.

I love Kelly corrigon wonders podcast. The regular Tuesday show- always an informative deep dive. And I also love the Friday “go to” segment and the Sunday “thx for being here” segment. It is truly one of the only podcasts I can listen to these days without getting totally stressed out about the world. It’s a nice respite from the crazy and it’s positive and uplifting and always informative. Love love, love.
