Calm daily mindfulness really has changed my life. I have calm. I’ve had it for about three years now and I didn’t know how to meditate in the beginning. It would give me more panic attack, cause I didn’t know how to do it lol but literally one of the best decisions I’ve ever made in my life.

Calm is mehhh at best. All of their content lacks that real touch and care. It gives “pay for placement” kind of vibes
