This is Claire from Taiwan. I started listening to your podcast about 3 months ago and have found it incredibly helpful. Since then, I’ve been tuning in to every episode without fail. The content is not only interesting but also includes role-playing, which helps me understand various English expressions. What makes it even more special is that I’m not just learning English here; I’m also learning about American culture, etiquette, and interpersonal interactions. It’s truly amazing, and I hope your podcast continues for a long time. I really enjoy the interaction between Lindsay and Michelle, and I especially love Aubrey’s voice. Aubrey’s voice is so magnetic and has an intellectual vibe to it. It’s the kind of voice I wish I could have when speaking English! Thank you all so much！ I am a purchasing agent who frequently imports products from the United States and other countries to sell in Taiwan, communicating primarily in English. I have noticed that when I send emails addressing issues such as inadequate packaging leading to damaged goods, heavy items placed on top of lighter ones causing deformation, or missing items with repeated explanations of computer errors, the responses I receive are often formulaic and unhelpful, lacking genuine improvement. Could you please advise me on how to craft my emails more persuasively to elicit sincere responses and achieve real improvements? Thank you very much！ Have a nice holiday!
