The Transition to Retirement!

Welcome to Episode 5! In this episode, I will be talking about my experience recently retiring from swimming. My last ever season with the Panthers ended 2 months ago, and since I've had time to process it all, I will share my experience competing in my last ever swim meet, the aftermath of it all, and finally my fears about retirement, in addition to some tips I'll offer as well.
