  • The Mushroom Cook follows the case of Erin Patterson, a woman accused of murdering her former in-laws Don and Gail Patterson and Gail's sister Heather Wilkinson. Police allege Ms Patterson served them beef wellingtons laced with death cap mushrooms during a lunch at her regional Victorian home on July 29, 2023. Heather's husband, Ian Wilkinson, was the only guest to survive.
